As a courtesy to other customers and the instructors of our photo classes and workshops we ask the following conditions be respected:

Pre-registration and payment is required for all workshops.

We reserve the right to adjust our seminar structure or schedule should we deem it necessary. Though we will try to contact those registered for sessions that may be impacted, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or expenses incurred by participants in the event of class cancellations or changes.*

All workshops begin promptly at stated times.

Refunds will be processed for a prepaid class or workshops only within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, only re-bookings will be offered.

No refund less than 2-business days prior to the start of the class or workshop.

Refunds will not be issued to those who fail to attend a pre-booked class or workshop.

*Winter classes - On the day of the class, if the weather seems inclement, if you have not heard from us, call ahead to be sure there are no changes in the schedule.
